For many, a New Year brings silent promises of change, feelings of hope and whispers of ‘I’m really going to do it this year!‘ There is an unavoidable buzz, whereby resolutions are made, goals are set and a sense of determination is all around us. But how do we keep our motivation past the January flurry? How do we sustain our new healthy lifestyles, beyond the hype of New Year?

First, we must choose how we are going to support our new healthier lifestyle. At elite: Together, it’s by committing to using your membership to its fullest. Next, we must then learn and understand that motivation is not something we are born with. It is not intrinsically in us. Sustainable motivation to workout, eat well and look after our mental and physical health is the result of forming healthy habits. Habits are the result of continued motivation. Both go hand in hand

Forming positive habits, whereby you begin to see positive results, create the motivation within you to keep going: to keep striving to reach your goals and to make your resolutions a reality.

Whether it be financially to save for a house, holiday or wedding. It could be fitness goals where you run for that extra 5 minutes or wake up 10 minutes earlier on a morning to workout. Positive actions form positive habits. Positive habits allow you to see your desired results and will subsequently create your motivation to continue.

This is why it is so important for you all to make small, sustainable changes to your habits. As you start to see results or changes, this will create your motivation to keep going.

Our Motivational Mantras and Top Tips

Comparison is the thief of joy

Do not compare what you are doing with someone else. We are all unique and what suits one person, will not suit another. Find what works for you, and do that.

Do not try to make massive changes all at once

Start small and make sustainable changes over a longer period of time. Many people create a sense of failure for themselves when they decide to make a big change in their life because they try to do too much all at once. Why not start by setting your alarm 30 minutes earlier to allow you to get a workout done and start your day by moving your body? The rest of the day is then yours! You’ll enjoy your morning coffee much more, I promise!

Create yourself a healthy routine

Creating a solid routine for yourself is the key to your success. Waking up at the same time during the week, turning off the technology at the same time on an evening, making time for your own self-care and to spend time with your loved ones. Balance is key.

Be prepared

Planning and preparation are your salvation when it comes to creating healthy habits. This will help you to ensure you are always eating wholesome meals and following your workout program consistently.

Go easy on yourself

You are doing the best you can. Take advantage of our amazing family for any support or guidance you may need!

Remember:

Start small

Consistency is key

Use your support network

When we make the decision to introduce a new exercise and healthy eating regime into our life, we know the journey is going to be tricky but also rewarding We work hard to introduce new, healthy habits and feel amazing when we reach an effortless consistency with everything that we are doing. But for most of us, a plateau in our progress is inevitable. Nothing changes, we are doing the same thing we have always been doing up until this point but our progress seems to be at a standstill.

Here are the reasons as to why this might be…

The only way is up!

Your muscle memory will reach a stage in your training where the weights you are lifting or the cardio you are performing is just simply too easy! When you find that you are able to perform a particular exercise with greater ease than when you started; it’s time to increase the weight you are using, increase your repetitions or increase your speed (if cardio based).

Catch some Zzz’s…

Not getting enough sleep really impacts the way our bodies function day-to-day. If you are not getting a full night’s sleep each day then your body will start to show this in other ways, like a change in progression with fitness and health goals.

Stop pulling your hair out!

Never underestimate the power of stress! Stress affects us in many ways including increased fatigue; loss of motivation; lower energy levels and a pause in health-related progress. Assess what it causing you to stress in your life – is there anything you can do to relieve it? If so, remove it from your life and try focusing on the things that help to make you feel calmer.

Are you eating enough?

Sometimes when we are on a winning streak with our progress towards our own goals, we forget that the place we are in now is very different from the place we started in. This is particularly true for those specifically wanting to lose weight.

Your calculated calorie intake to achieve a deficit at the start of your journey will be considerably different from what it is now if you have lost a considerable amount of weight. Why not recalculate and see if this is where you need to adjust.

Similarly, changing the foods you are eating to something different might also help. Put differently – eat smarter! 250 calories worth of strawberries is a considerably larger quantity of food compared with 250 calories of almonds.

There is such a thing as over-training!

Are you taking enough rest days? The magic happens when you are resting. This gives your body time to heal and get stronger from the training regime you have it under. why not assess your training schedule and see if you can drop a day or shorten the workout you are doing once or twice a week?

Find your happy place

Our bodies have a weight, shape and size where they will settle naturally. It might just be that your body has reached a point where it is comfortable, feeling energized and acknowledges that it is being looked after in a loving and healthy way. Take some time to revise why you eat well and exercise? Are the reasons the same now as when you started? This will help you to decide whether you want to change up your training or continue as you are, happy without seeing lots of visible progress.

Check-in with your GP ‍

In some instances, a newly developed, or underlying medical condition could be the reason for your plateau. It could be worth making an appointment with your GP if you have considered all of the other suggestions in this article and you are still seeing no changes in your progress.

Count your calories

Sometimes, simply checking in with your calories and making sure you are still in a deficit is enough to get you back on the right path for your progress. Your portion sizes might have been gradually increasing without you realizing which will contribute to an increase in your overall calorie intake each week.

Slow progress is better than no progress

You might not be in a plateau at all! Remember that 1/2 lb loss each week adds up to 26 lbs lost in a year for those on a weight loss journey! Progress is progress, no matter how slow. Try recording your weigh-ins, progress photos or measurements on a monthly basis rather than a weekly one!

These are just some of the reasons you might be experiencing a plateau in your progress. Take some time to read through them all and be honest with yourself as to how committed you currently are being towards reaching your goals.

Do you ever look at those people you follow on Instagram who appear to have their whole lives together all by 8am in the morning and just wish a little bit, that that was you? During the extra snooze time you’ve had on a morning, they have:

Worked out
Showered
Got ready for work or dropping the kids to school
Have done their make-up and blow-dried their hair
Got the kids/ husband or partner up and ready for their own days
Walked the dog
Put a load of washing on

… the list can be endless!

Prepare for tomorrow, today!

Having a productive tomorrow, starts with a prepared today. If you know that you want to get up early and workout tomorrow morning before you start your day then get to prepping the night before!

Getting lunches ready for yourself, partner and children to grab and go in the morning will save you so much time and make the process of getting out of the door so much easier.

Make yourself some overnight oats or some banana bread breakfast cookies for some effortless and healthy breakfast ideas.

Finally, make sure all homework is completed alongside packing school and work bags the night before, ready for an easy-peasy morning!

Set multiple alarms

Think about the time you realistically need to get up in order to do whatever you need to do on a morning, whether that be a workout, walk the dog or get yourself and the family ready for your day. Then work back in 15 minute intervals to ease you awake on a morning.

If I need to be up at 6:30am, for example, I set an alarm for 6am, 6:15am and again at 6:30am. If I feel sprightly and awake, I’ll get up at 6am or 6:15am; if not, I’ll make sure I get up at 6:30am no matter how tired I am. After a walk down to the kitchen and a fresh glass of water, I am usually feeling more awake!

Layout your work and your workout clothes the night before

Planning what you’re going to wear the next day can save SO much time when it comes to getting ready on a morning. The same goes for school uniforms for the children!

Keep your workout clothes easily accessible and put them on as soon as you wake up. Don’t give any thought to it, just get dressed and go through the motions of getting ready to start your day in an active way.

Out of arm’s reach!

Put your alarm on the other side of the room so that you HAVE to get out of bed to turn it off so as not to disturb the rest of your household… simples!

Get Yourself an Accountability and Motivation Buddy

Know someone else who wants to start transforming into an early riser like yourself? Make a pact to text each other first thing in the morning to make sure you’re awake and send a sweaty selfie to prove you’ve got up and moved your body to start your day!

Having someone else to hold you accountable, knowing that you are also holding them accountable can be all you need to get that peach of yours up and out of bed!

‍ Plan Your Workout

Decide which workout you’re going to do the night before and get any equipment out so that you’re ready to go for it! This is to stop you spending loads of time choosing a workout, just get up and go for it!

You only need to do a 30-minute workout to get a sweat on and your endorphins pumped for the day so why not try a free session at your local studio the next time you wake up early to rise and grind!

Makes plans for later in the day

Haven’t caught up with a friend in a long time? Need to get the food shop done? Want to take the children to the park after school? Get yourself booked in your diary to workout in the morning and then booked in to do something fun in the afternoon!

Now you can enjoy your end of day fun stuff, knowing you’ve done your workout in the morning! No more cramming it all in at the end of the day!

We are all guilty throughout the year of indulging in all of the treats, drinking a bit too much fizz… and relaxing in our comfiest clothes for a little longer than usual. It is inevitable, that for most of us, we will be carrying a little holiday or indulgence cheer with us around our tummy in the form of some bloating after our big holiday or event has been and gone. Here’s how to beat that weight gain with our 10 simple steps to success!

Step 1: Decrease alcohol intake and increase your water intake

Hydration is so important when starting any form of health or fitness journey. It helps to flush out all the yucky toxins in your body and helps it to function in the correct way – after all, we mostly contain water naturally in our bodies! Consuming enough water benefits your skin, energy levels and overall feel-good factor.

Don’t worry about cutting alcohol out completely, for most of us, the odd glass of wine is not going to have a huge impact on our health. Our advice is to decrease your alcohol intake to the odd glass of on special occasions

Increasing your water intake will help you immensely with decreasing water retention and bloating. Why not treat yourself to a snazzy water bottle that tells you how much fluid you have consumed during the day to help you keep track?

Step 2: Goal Setting

Goal setting is so important when looking to lose weight. For most, having something such as an event or milestone birthday is enough to motivate them and help them to remain motivated and focused. Imagining an end goal will automatically help you to remember why you started and why you should carry on!

Grab a pen and paper and start with writing down what your main goal is. What is your big picture? Next, write down a few things relating to your goal: what dress size would you like to be? How do you want to feel when you reach your goal? Who are you doing this for (HINT: your-gorgeous-self!)? Set a date: when do you want to achieve this goal by? Finally, what is your plan? How are you going to get from where you are now, to where you want to be?

Step 3: Find recipes which work for you

I am a huge fan of starting my day with a filling, wholesome breakfast and then preparing a healthy lunch and some snacks for my days at work. It saves me so much time and effort thinking about what it is I’d like to eat while I’m not at home. With my lunches prepared and ready to go, I am always organised with a delicious meal and cannot go wrong! Once I get home, I will cook a simple to make recipe from the elite: Recipe Book.

Step 4: Plan and prepare your meals

Meal preparation is your key to success. I will often plan some time in my week to put on my favourite playlist and get messy in the kitchen! My preferred way to cook is to use my oven and my slow cooker so, whilst my meals are cooking, I do some other household chores to save me time later on in my week. I separate my meals into different reusable tubs and put them in the fridge so that I am fully prepared for the week ahead!

Step 5: Find a fun work out plan ‍

Find yourself a fun and motivating training plan that will get your super excited to get hot and sweaty!

Step 6: Rest

All the amazing work you’re doing requires a lot of effort, so take some time to yourself and get some well-deserved rest. Everyone’s resting is different: it might be you enjoy getting an early night with a bubble bath and a relaxation tea, it could be that you enjoy long walks by the lake or just sitting in your favourite chair watching a juicy episode of your favourite TV program! But make sure it is something you truly want to do and do it with no guilt.

Your rest days really have a massive positive impact on your overall training, it is vital that your body recovers. Your muscles need rest to be able to get stronger and to perform better when your next workout.

Step 7: Adopt the 80/20 rule

If you are wanting to make a change and start creating your life to be filled with self-love, fitness and healthy nutrition, you have to learn that life happens! Learn that now and you won’t ever find yourself mentally punishing yourself for not quite having an ‘on-track’ week or a ‘100% on plan’ day.

It’s all about balance and being present in your life, with loved ones. We love the 80/20 rule: make healthy choices 80% of the time, and don’t stress about the 20% where a little bit of cake or a few glasses of wine are being enjoyed!

Step 8: Speak kindly to yourself and never compare yourself to others, we’re all different!

The person we spend the most time with is ourselves. The person we speak to the most is ourselves! You wouldn’t verbally abuse a friend or family member for making a decision you didn’t deem quite right, so why do it to yourself? No two people are the same, and no two people will see their desired results in the same time period.

Step 9: Be mindful

Being mindful about how we are speaking to ourselves; the fuel (food) which we are putting into our bodies, and the amount we are moving our bodies (exercising) each week will help you to create long-lasting, positive habits.

Adding fruit to our morning porridge instead of sugar; swapping one of your daily coffees for a flavoured green tea; or, doing a yoga video on the days you don’t quite feel like a full cardio workout, are all ways you can be mindful on a day to day basis. Think about the choices you are making: will they benefit you in the long-term? If the answer is no, choose differently!

Step 10: Start now!

Don’t wait! Make a start today! You do not have to change lots of things all at once. Start small and build yourself up, forming new, healthy habits.

This time next year, you’ll wish you’d started today.

Do you get bloated? We ALL do!

Often bloating might not be caused by what you are eating but how quickly you are eating. Always sit down to eat and take your time to enjoy each mouthful…away from your phone, computer etc! Don’t get up and rush off as soon as you are finished either. Allow time for your food to ‘go down’.

Excess wind can be caused by swallowing more air than usual or eating food that’s difficult to digest. These foods difficult to digest can be different for everyone but common things which cause bloating include lentils, beans, apples, foods high in salt and fizzy drinks.

It is not only the way you eat or the food you eat which can cause excess gas in your digestive tract. The gas produced by bacteria in your intestine can be a contributor to bloating. We have so many different types of bacteria living in our intestine that it is important to help your body keep the ’natural balance’ of these.
It is suggested probiotic supplements can help reduce both gas production, and therefore bloating, especially in people with digestive issues.

Stress has a massive impact on our digestive health. It can be exhausting getting everything done day today so be sure to take time out when you need to. Your digestive system goes into ‘sleep mode’ when your body is flooded with stress hormones making bloating worse.

Constipation can cause bloating – again this may be caused by an allergy or intolerance but can also be associated with a lack of fibre, stress and poor lifestyle choices.

You should be aiming to drink at the very least 1.5L of water per day. Dehydration can be a cause of constipation and bloating.

PMS can cause bloating and it’s simply unavoidable for some. So as difficult as it may be , don’t be so hard on yourself around that time of the month as you can make it much worse. Some have seen benefits from taking Evening Primrose Oil to reduce the feeling of bloating at this time.

Food intolerances and allergies can cause bloating. Common foods you may be intolerant to include: lactose, fructose, eggs, wheat and gluten. Avoiding these can help you establish any allergies or intolerances however if you believe you have a food allergy or intolerance, it is best to visit your GP who can refer you on to someone who can help you further.

Eating a big meal can cause you to feel bloated. This is natural, but in the morning you will wake up feeling back to normal.

Although inactivity itself may not directly cause bloating, being active will get your blood pumping which improves the oxygen supply around your body including your digestive system. This can help improve a sluggish digestive system and help reduce bloating!

You’re not alone when it comes to bloating, as it’s something pretty much all of us experience! It’s good to know (if you can identify) what is causing your bloating and if there are any ways you can avoid it, so I hope these suggestions can help you ease the bloat.

Losing weight and getting in shape requires a combination of a healthy balanced diet and an active lifestyle. This is contrary to many of the quick-fix suggestions that some claim will help you lose weight effortlessly. There isn’t a magic formula to achieving the desired results and here, we’ll be debunking popular quick-fix fitness and weight loss fads.

Turning up the heat when you exercise

Despite the contrary belief that the more you sweat, the quicker you’ll lose weight, desperately adding extra layers of clothing when exercising or trying to keep the workout space warmer aren’t an effective long-term solution to losing weight. Sweating alone doesn’t really help you burn a measurable amount of calories, and instead, it increases your body temperature and leads to losing water weight. The result is only a temporary loss, and as soon as you rehydrate by drinking water or eating, you’ll immediately regain any of that lost weight.

Vibrating belts and platforms

Vibrating devices gain huge popularity from TV commercials in the early 2000s, promising to help you easily slim down with no effort at all. Research showed that when it comes to the belts, the contraptions that jiggle around your waistline had no proven slimming effect. As for the vibration platforms, simply standing still on the platform won’t do much for helping you reach your fitness goals unless you combine it with more conventical exercise like squats, lunges or calf raises.

Cutting out whole food groups

Popular fad diets often involve cutting out whole food groups and essential nutrients that our bodies need. Diets that require no fat, no carbs or a super low-calorie intake aren’t always a healthy choice. You will be better off having plenty of balanced meals that give your body all the calories and nutrients it needs. Pack your meals with superfoods, that are low in calories, but rich in protein, antioxidants, fibre and water, ultimately helping you fuel your body and lose fat. Instead of just completely cutting certain foods from your diet, try to substitute them with tasty, low-calorie alternatives for a healthier meal plan.

Loads of cardio and minimal calorie intake

If you are looking to lose weight, while also wanting to get toned, concentrating just on cardio and minimum calorie intake may not be the best solution for you. Although cardio is great for helping you lose weight, other forms of exercise such as weightlifting, compound movements and circuit training can aid in burning fat, while also building muscle tone. But most importantly, when your body goes through an intense workout, you need to refuel it with nutrient-dense food, while also avoiding food with excess calories that may lead to gaining fat. If you are eating the right food at the right times, your body will use that food to burn fat even after your workout.

Lifting weights will cause women to bulk up

Many women avoid lifting heavy weights as they are afraid it will make them look bulky. The truth is that women don’t produce enough testosterone, which is responsible for muscle growth, and it’s the extra body fat that gives the illusion of muscles looking larger. Muscle tissue is in fact important for losing fat, and it helps to increase body strength and prevents aches and pains as you age. Weight lifting will help you burn more calories and tone your body.

Paying attention to what we eat and being more active are only some of the key steps towards achieving a better lifestyle. However, good health isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise. Healthy living can positively impact our physical as well as mental well-being.

Have a look at our tips on how to change your daily habits towards achieving a better healthier lifestyle.

A balanced diet will make a difference

A healthy diet involves consuming the right amount of calories for how active you are. Eating a wide range of nutrient-dense food will result in a more balanced diet and our bodies receiving all the necessary nutrients they need. Superfoods are low in calories and a great source of fibre, protein, healthy unsaturated fats and antioxidants.

Remember to drink plenty of fluids

It’s recommended that we drink at least 1.5 litres of fluids a day, and even more during hot weather or while exercising. Instead of sugary soft and fizzy drinks, we need to try to drink more water, lower-fat milk and lower sugar drinks. Drinking plenty of water each day is necessary for our bodies to function smoothly, but it can also help us lose weight, filling our stomach and making us feel less hungry.

A good night’s sleep is incredibly important

Studies have shown that when we don’t rest well, we develop a bigger appetite and tend to eat more calories, often craving junk food and unhealthy snack. Getting a solid 8-hours sleep is essential for a healthy life. It will also have a tremendous effect on our ability to concentrate and improve our productivity and performance.

Maintain a healthy body weight

Maintaining a healthy weight is key to making a positive change in our lives. Being a healthy weight reduces the risks of a wide range of diseases, including type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, and cancer. The ideal weight for each of us will depend on several factors, including our gender, height, age, and genes and the body mass index is one way to measure this.

Be more active

Some of us tend to spend the majority the workday sat on a desk. It’s recommended that for every hour we spend sitting, we stand up and move for five minutes. Research has shown that exercising daily brings tremendous benefits to our health, including an increase in lifespan, lowering the risk of certain diseases, higher bone density, and even weight loss. To be more active doesn’t necessarily mean we have to start pushing ourselves physically and do something we don’t particularly like. We can start by taking small steps. We can choose to walk instead of driving or taking public transport for close distances. We can climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. We can find a sport or type of exercise that we enjoy doing.

5 STEPS TO A MORE POSITIVE MIND-SET

Being healthy isn’t all about the body, a positive mind means a healthy brain.

Get Some Zzz’s

A well-rested human is a happy human!

Try to get to bed at a reasonable time and get at least 7 hours of sleep. Also aim to get to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, who wouldn’t want to see the sunrise on a lovely spring morning!

Make Time for Yourself

A massive part to create a positive mindset is to have some ‘me time’.

Whether that be taking up a hobby that you have long forgotten about, cooking your favourite meal, or simply just spending some time on your own. It is so important to make some time for yourself on a regular basis, after all, you deserve it!

Go for a Walk

Sometimes in a word full of hustle and bustle, it can be really easy to forget the simplest pleasures in life. One of those would be to go on a long walk.

Whether you prefer to stick your headphones in and walk to the beat of the music, go for a walk with friends while having a catch-up or walk until you make a new friend. Make sure to get out there and breathe in the fresh air!

Make Someone Smile

Doesn’t it feel good to smile? Smiling is the best way to be positive every day! It’s so infectious and it’s free!

By doing something every day to make someone else smile it will;

Be making someone else happy

It will make you feel great

Everyone could do with smiling a little more and you never know just how much you could make someone’s day. SAY CHEESE!

Set Goals for Yourself

There’s no better feeling than a sense of achievement, we think you should celebrate those more often, after all, you’re amazing!

It’s good to set yourself both short and long term goals and aim to reach them in an allocated length of time.

Whether that is tackling that huge pile of washing that you’ve been avoiding all week or completing a marathon, a battle won is a battle won no matter how big or small!

Also, remember to reward yourself after completing any goal, it’s important to recognise your achievements and to compliment yourself!

We all have those days where we don’t want to workout and exercise It’s a human nature to just want to sit and do nothing sometimes – this is okay!

But what can we do to ensure that on these days that we don’t want to actively workout, that we are still taking positive action to make progress towards our goals?

Go for a walk – If you still want to be active but in a less strenuous way, get yourself outside for some fresh air and a walk! You’d be surprised how much better you’ll feel for moving your body in a gentle way!

Have a boogie! – Dance away your tiredness! Get your favourite playlist on and have a little boogie to some of your favourite music to uplift your spirit and move your body in a loving way which doesn’t feel like a workout!

Cook a healthy meal – Just because you are missing one workout, doesn’t mean to say that this has to start impacting on the other areas of your life. Choose one of your favourite recipes and enjoy a scrummy, nutritious meal…

Make a plan – Thinking about why you might not be wanting to workout is a really great consideration. If it because you haven’t worked out in a very long time so you’ve lost your motivation to ‘get up and go’? Have you been working out too much recently? Is work super busy? Are you getting enough sleep? Try to discover the underlying reason as to WHY you might not be wanting to work out today and make a plan to help combat this again in the future.

Catch up on some Z’s – Maybe you don’t want to work out because you’re feeling really tired today – get to bed an hour earlier, switch that technology off in the evening and really embrace a full night’s sleep.

Do absolutely nothing! – You heard me correctly! Spend the day doing absolutely nothing but what takes your fancy! If we start getting into the mindset that we have to force ourselves to do a certain thing, like work out, then we will start to resent it. Just take some time to do nothing with a promise to yourself that you will try again tomorrow!

There is often so much focus on wanting to see results fast when it comes to our health and fitness. So let’s take some time to step back, and take a look at the bigger picture…

It is a common perception that – in order to lose weight – you simply need to eat less and move more.

Scientifically that is absolutely the case on paper, but in reality, is it really as simple as that?

Most people are looking for that one golden strategy, diet or fix to sort them out in achieving and maintaining their goals for the rest of their lives. The reality is, however, that this literally doesn’t exist in the real world (despite what Instagram ‘influencers’ might lead you to believe!)

In order to find the best strategy, we need to take a look at all areas of our lives and our daily, weekly and monthly habits to determine how they all work together simultaneously: not just one area like fitness, or only focusing on nutrition.

Think about your commitments?

Your personal preferences around food?

Your fitness levels?

Your family/friends/support network?

What facilities you have available to you in your area?

Your ability to plan your week out in fitness, nutrition and daily movement in general?

Your psychological status at present?

There are lots of things we need to aim to have working together – you could have the best, most personally tailored nutrition strategy in the world but, if you lack the ability to take action consistently from a psychological perspective, then you’re not likely to progress. You could have the best personal trainer money can buy, but without having your nutrition on point? Again, you’re not likely to progress.

A bit like an architect building a house There are plans, bricks, electrics, plumbing, lighting, flooring plus numerous other things to think about throughout the whole process to get a great end product.

To try to establish where you currently are in your quest to having a supportive ‘bigger picture’, try to rate yourself out to 10 on the following areas:

Nutrition – Do you plan, prepare and eat the meals you intend to for yourself? Are you aware of the calories you need to intake to reach your goals? What are your portion sizes like?

Mindset – What is your inner monologue like? Do you easily talk yourself out of making healthy choices? What are your thoughts towards why you want to live a healthy lifestyle?

Daily movement in general – Consider if you have a static (desk type) job or a more active? How much NEAT ( Non-exercise activity thermogenesis) movement are you achieving each day? Do you have dogs to walk?

Consistency factor (Do you give up 3 days into any strategy for example?) – Be honest with yourself here. Are you consistent with the choice you make for yourself? Do you self-sabotage?

By considering these above points, you will immediately know the areas you need to pay the most attention to and begin to appreciate what needs to happen to get the best results long term, and how to tweak your weeks going forward.

We really hope that this simple strategy will help you to begin a brand new journey – with much better insight – into what a successful long-term approach looks like! If you need any help with nutrition or fitness plans, get in touch! We’d love to help you.
