FAQs

Does elite: membership just include fitness classes?

There is so much MORE than just fitness classes! You will get access to unlimited fitness classes from our fully flexible timetable, constant support (both from our amazing members and trainers), access to our app and members-only Facebook groups, meal plans, member challenges and community events (nights out, charity fundraisers, beach sessions, & more).

Do you offer longer term memberships?

Our short-term programmes are the perfect way to get you set off on the right track, followed by our longer term memberships as the icing on the cake to maintain or continue your success. However, you can join straight onto our memberships too! Our memberships are for a minimum term of 6 months, and start at £59/month. 

We have numerous membership packages available depending on your needs and budget.

I am worried I won't be able to fit training in around work and children. Is your timetable flexible?

Absolutely! We know managing work and daily tasks doesn't leave much time to dedicate elsewhere. Your health and fitness however shouldn't just be viewed as a hobby, but a necessity to live a long and happy life, and one where you are always bursting with confidence. That is why our timetable is designed to fit around the busiest of schedules, you can come as early as 5:45am (trust us, you'll feel amazing for the rest of the day!), or as late as 7:30pm (you'll get a great night's sleep after!).

I find gyms quite daunting, what is the atmosphere like at Elite:?

Don't we all! But, you have nothing to worry about here. Elite: has been specifically designed to suit all ages, body types, fitness levels, you name it. We are not a conventional gym, you don't walk in on your own with no idea what you are doing, to be surrounded by people benching 200kg or on the final leg of their ultra treadmill marathon. Our purpose is to provide a safe and fun environment for everybody who wants to enjoy creating healthy habits and to encourage each other to achieve goals, no matter how big or small. Most of our members even come half an hour early (even at 5:45am...) for a chinwag with other members, or their trainers. Look at elite: as a little escape where you can focus on nothing but bettering yourself, mentally and physically.

I'm not very fit and am worried the classes will be too strenuous for me. Will I find them too hard?

Absolutely not! Of course any fitness class anybody attends, the aim is to get your body moving and working hard. However, we have people of all ages and fitness levels, and all of our sessions are suited for them all. Our trainers ensure everyone is working hard enough within their means to see results. There will always be a selection of different weights available, or alternative exercise options if there is something particular you are struggling with.

How much does it cost?

We have numerous membership options depending on your needs, these start at £59/month. We also have short term programmes available, which tend to run monthly. Costs are dependant on programme, and start at £59 for 21-Days.

Do you offer personal training? 

Yes! We are now excited to be able to offer Semi-Private Personal Training at all 3 of our studios. These classes provide another level of personalised service, tailoring the training and your fitness plan entirely around your personal goals.
