Introducing Tone in 21: Our Brand-New F.I.T Camp, designed to help busy people get stronger, leaner and more defined - fast, and on a budget.
This isn't about shrinking yourself. It's about sculpting the strongest, most confident version of you - inside and out.
Tone in 21 is a 3 week fitness & nutrition program - we've taken everything that worked from our sell-out 21 Day Rapid Weight Loss Challenge, and reengineered it to focus more on muscle tone, strength, and real body definition.
What is F.I.T Camp?
Tone Up In 21 is all about sculpting our bodies, losing fat, and gaining muscle. In just 21 Days, we'll hit all of the below:
Fat-Loss: We'll help you lose inches, burn fat, and get lean
Improve: We'll help you not only improve your strength, you'll feel huge improvements on your confidence, energy and even sleep.
Tone-Up: Our targeted fitness led by expert coaches coupled with our 21 Day Nutrition Plan will help fuel your way to a new, toned up bod

You'll receive a fully comprehensive, easy to follow meal plan to fuel your body throughout the 21 Days. This will cover all of your meals, snacks and even a shopping list.
Need further nutritional support, or feel like some parts don't suit you? Don't worry - our coaches can adapt the plan to suit and will provide support throughout.
This nutrition plan is designed to help you drop fat and build muscle.
Something which is SO hard when you try and go it alone - staying accountable. Not only are our incredible coaches here to keep you accountable throughout, so are our amazing community of members. They are either starting alongside you, or they've been in your shoes before. We pride ourselves on having a complete ego-free community where there is ALWAYS zero judgement, just support.
You will have 1-1's with your weight-loss coach each week, which will include taking your measurements and weight, and chats about what you're struggling with, what you've achieved (big or small!) and what, if any, adjustments should be made to hit your next milestone.
Unlike other gyms who just leave you to 'get on with it', we tailor each and every one of our sessions to ensure variety and adaptability. We will educate you as to the importance of particular exercises, and how you can adapt to suit your fitness level and likewise, how to work to improve over the 3 weeks.
We will apply a focus on strength and conditioning, ensuring you're feeling stronger, looking leaner, and getting fitter.
This will be your F.I.T Camp tracker, you can log everything and anything to do with your journey here. You can chat to your coach 24/7, access your meal plan, track your steps, calories, monitor your progress photos and weight, and so much more.
To help keep you motivated and on track, our coaches will be setting weekly challenges for you to complete each day to help fuel your results.
Each week, you will receive exclusive access, as part of the F.I.T Camp, to specialist workshops tailored around toning up, getting strong, and losing inches.
