When can I start?

My goal is to tone up, not just lose weight. Can you help?

Absolutely. Our sessions are completely varied and some may focus more on cardio, others on strength and conditioning. If your goal is to tone up more over losing weight, our coaches will help you progress, and ensure you're aiming for the right sessions that align with your goal.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! In fact, most of our new members have never stepped foot in a gym before.

Everything in our sessions can be adapted to your starting point, and you’ll be supported throughout. What matters most is your willingness to commit — not your current fitness level.

I feel intimidated by gyms. Will I fit in?

Yes. Feeling nervous or intimidated is far more common than people realise — especially when you’re starting something new.

Elite isn’t built around gym culture or performance. It’s built around support, coaching, and progress at your own pace. Everyone starts at a different point, and sessions are adapted to suit your ability.

Our focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and confident as you go — not on comparing yourself to anyone else. Most people who join feel unsure at first, and almost all say that feeling disappears very quickly once they get started.

What if I've never been to a gym before?

That’s completely fine!

Many of our members start with little or no gym experience. Our coaches will show you exactly what to do in every session, so you’ll never feel lost or unsure.

How many sessions can I attend?

As many as you like! We suggest 3 sessions per week as a starting point, which is manageable for most people. As part of the offer however, you do get unlimited access, so get all the use you can. No 2 sessions are the same, so we can promise you won't get bored.
