What Makes elite: Different?
elite: offers a stripped-back version of fitness. One that avoids overly complicated equipment and cuts out fitness machines entirely. Our approach to fitness is to teach you basic movements well and encourage you to progress these movements as your capabilities increase.
Our programmes are designed for real people and will provide you with a challenging workout that allows you to improve steadily over time. This differs from most gyms and studios, which tend to place far too much emphasis on complicated movements and pushing their clients too far.
