When does the program start, and how long is it for?

The program starts on 16th April and it is for a 6 week period. 

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. The challenge is suitable for all fitness levels.

Everything is adapted to your starting point, and you’ll be supported throughout. What matters most is your willingness to commit — not your current fitness level.

How is progress measured? 

Progress is measured through in-studio weigh-ins and regular check-ins.

Tracking progress properly is a key part of what makes this challenge work. You'll be weighed in weekly and tracked by your coach.

What happens once the challenge has ended?

If you’re happy with how you feel and the results you’ve achieved, you’ll have the option to continue training and progressing with us. Our memberships also include access to future member challenges/programs.

There’s no pressure — the challenge is designed as a starting point, not a trap.

How many spaces are available? 

Spaces are limited and we are capped at 20 spaces per AM and PM group. Once they are filled, we will not be opening any more until our next Transform later in the summer.

I feel intimidated by gyms. Will I fit in?

How often do I need to train?

3 times per week is what we have found to be optimal. It allows time for recovery in between, it's realistic to commit to and delivers the best results.
