A personalised, flexible fitness experience designed to help you build lean muscle, drop body fat, and feel amazing in your own skin… all with expert guidance and a supportive small group atmosphere.
It’s been a massive hit with our members — so now, for a limited time, we’re opening it up to the public.
This is not a one-size-fits-all plan.
You choose your start date.
You choose your pace.
And we tailor everything to you — whether your goal is fat loss, strength, body shaping, or all of the above.

Start on a date that fits YOU throughout July or August.
On your start date, your coach will book a one-to-one consultation to set clear goals, take your initial weigh-in and measurements, and map out your journey to success. Together, you'll discuss your strengths, challenges, and any specific goals you have in mind. From there, we'll tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle, works with your schedule, and keeps you focused on what matters most—your results.
You'll receive a fully comprehensive, easy to follow meal plan to fuel your body throughout your program. This will cover all of your meals and even snacks.
Need further nutritional support, or feel like some parts don't suit you? Don't worry - our coaches can adapt the plan to suit and will provide support throughout.
This nutrition plan is designed to help you drop fat and build muscle.
Something which is SO hard when you try and go it alone - staying accountable. Not only are our incredible coaches here to keep you accountable throughout, so are our amazing community of members. They are either starting alongside you, or they've been in your shoes before. We pride ourselves on having a complete ego-free community where there is ALWAYS zero judgement, just support.
You will have 1-1's with your weight-loss coach each week, which will include taking your measurements and weight, and chats about what you're struggling with, what you've achieved (big or small!) and what, if any, adjustments should be made to hit your next milestone.
Our semi-private personal training sessions give you the best of both worlds—personalised coaching in a supportive small-group environment. With a maximum of 8 people per session, you'll get plenty of individual attention from your coach while training alongside others who share your goals. It's a motivating, focused, and fun way to stay on track and push your progress.

Alongside your semi-private personal training sessions, you’ll also get unlimited access to our group fitness classes. It’s the perfect way to boost your results, stay active between sessions, and keep things fun and varied—all while being part of a motivating, like-minded community.

This will be your ultimate program tracker. You can log everything and anything to do with your journey here. You can chat to your coach 24/7, access your meal plan, track your steps, calories, monitor your progress photos and weight, and so much more.
